I love working as a Permanent make-up technician. It is a fabulous job creating a look that gives people more confidence. When a client comes to the salon with sparse brows and feeling unhappy about her look and goes out feeling great about herself there is no better feeling.
I have worked in the beauty industry for over 25 years. After training in London I worked in a top central London salon and went on to work as a freelance London Make-up Artist working on models, actresses, actors, singers and musicians.
I ran my own busy hair and beauty salon in the centre of Oxford and taught at the Oxford College of further education. I contributed to beauty articles for local newspapers and regularly took part in local radio programmes. I also provided a first class beauty service in the therapy room of a prestigious large local company during which time I carried out beauty demonstrations for visiting Royalty and dignitaries.
I had wanted to learn Permanent make-up for several years before I finally trained in London’s Harley Street 15 years ago. I have specialised in Permanent make-up since then both working on clients and, for the past 9 years, teaching it to students on beauty degree courses and on my own validated Permanent make-up courses.
I offer Permanent make-up treatments from carefully chosen salons in Stevenage, Letchworth, Welwyn Garden City, Hitchin and Buntingford in Hertfordshire, Bedford in Bedfordshire, Milton Keynes in Buckinghamshire, Oxford in Oxfordshire and Peterborough in Cambridgeshire.
I use my experience to offer a personal treatment to meet each client’s individual needs and my knowledge to ensure that all of my students are equipped with the essential information to become first class technicians.
