WELCOME TO BEAUTY TALK Sonia Sharman has worked in the beauty business for over 25 years. After training in London, she worked in a top central London salon. From there Sonia went on to work as a freelance London make-up artist, working on models and many famous people. For thirteen years Sonia ran her own busy salon in the centre of Oxford. She taught at the Oxford College of Further Education and contributed to beauty articles for local newspapers and radio programmes. Sonia also provided a first class beauty service in the prestigious therapy rooms of a large local company and carried out beauty demonstrations for visiting Royalty and dignitaries. Clients now enjoy a full range of beauty treatments and Sonia’s specialist semi-permanent make-up, electrolysis and red vein treatments at salons in Biggleswade, Potton (Bedfordshire), Baldock, Letchworth, Stevenage, Welwyn Garden City (Hertfordshire), Oxford (Oxfordshire), Sawston and Peterborough (Cambridgeshire). Sonia has just introduced a mobile service for groups of 2 - 3 clients booking semi-permanent make-up treatments, subject to location. Sonia also teaches semi-permanent make-up at North Hertfordshire College in Stevenage. The semi-permanent make-up course offered by North Hertfordshire College is an accredited course which allows students to work with Finishing Touches Precision Plus machine and pigments on completion. Sonia uses her experience to offer a personal treatment to meet a client’s individual needs.
